【摘要】:ThispartofISO4427specifiesthepipesmadefrompolyethylene(PE)intendedfortheconveyanceofwaterforhumanconsumption,includingrawwaterpriortotreatmentandwaterforgeneralpurposes.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodstowhichitrefers.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO4427,itisapplicabletoPEpipes,theirjoints,tojointswithcomponentsofPEandtomechanicaljointswithcomponentsofothermaterials,intendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)uptoandincluding25bar1);b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casthereferencetemperature.NOTE1Forapplicationsoperatingatconstanttemperaturesgreaterthan20°Candupto40°C,seeISO4427-1:2007,AnnexA.NOTE2ISO4427coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalguidanceorregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Threetypesofpipearespecified:?PEpipes(outsidediameterdn),includinganyidentificationstripes;?PEpipeswithco-extrudedlayersoneitherorboththeoutsideand/orinsideofthepipe(totaloutsidediameterdn),asspecifiedinAnnexA,wherealllayershavethesameMRSrating.?PEpipes(outsidediameterdn)havingapeelable,contiguous,thermoplasticsadditionallayerontheoutsideofthepipe(“coatedpipe”),seeAnnexA.1)1bar=0,1MPa=105Pa;1MPa=1N/mm2.
