【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandard:a)specifiesaRegistration-Hierarchical-name-tree(RH-name-tree)whichisagenerictreestructureforallocationsmadebyRegistrationAuthorities,andtheASN.lobjectidentifiertreewhichisaspecificinstanceoftheRH-name-tree;b)registersthethreetop-levelarcsoftheASN.1objectidentifiertree;c)specifiesprocedureswhicharegenerallyapplicabletoregistrationinthecontextofanRH-name-tree;d)providesguidelinesfortheestablishmentandoperationofInternationalRegistrationAuthorities;e)providesguidelinesforadditionalRecommendations|InternationalStandardswhichchoosetoreferencetheproceduresinthisRecommendation|InternationalStandard.NOTE1-ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandarddoesnotexcludeordisallowtheuseofanysyntacticformsofnamesoranynamingdomainsforregistrationpurposesprovidedthatthedomainsensurenon-ambiguitywithintheirscope.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardisintendedtocoverthosecaseswheretheregistration-hierarchical-nameisappropriate.NOTE2-InformationaboutregistrationforspecificobjectsiscontainedinseparateRecommendations|InternationalStandards.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardappliestoregistrationbyRecommendations|InternationalStandards,byInternationalRegistrationAuthorities,andbyanyotherRegistrationAuthority.
